under "Mail Account", enter "SFA Email" (without the quotes)
click the "Outgoing Server" tab
select the checkoff box labeled "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication'
select 'use same settings as my incoming mail server'
click the "Advanced" tab
under "Server Port Numbers"
make sure both check boxes are checked off
set the top box to 995 and the bottom box to 465.
under "Delivery",
select "leave a copy of messages on the server"
select "remove from server after"
change to 30 days
click OK
click "Next"
