mySFA session timeout
If you are getting a "session timeout" error...
(Please note that mySFA only supports Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers. Other browsers may partially work, but are not supported.)
If you have IE or Netscape...
Try deleting your cookies and temporary internet files. Here is how.
(We are assuming that you are using Internet Explorer. If you're using something else, please review the software "Help" pages to get
instructions for this procedure.)
- In the web address box, type in "about:blank" (without the quotes)
- Press [Enter]
- The web screen view should go blank.
- Click "Tools"
- Click "Internet Options".
- Click the "General" tab, the middle section will be
- "Temporary Internet files".
- Click "Delete Cookies..."
- Click "OK" to confirm the action.
- Click "Delete Files"
- Select "Delete all offline content" checkbox
- Click "OK"
- Click "OK" to exit the Internet Options properties window.
- Close Internet Explorer and then try logging back into mySFA
and see if the link works.
