You need your mySFA name or PIN?
For Students, there are three ways to get your PIN…
- Answer your security question and get your PIN online, at https://apache.sfasu.edu/accountman/verifyssn.html
- Stop by the Registrar’s Office (Rusk Building Rm 202) with a photo ID and get your PIN
- For out of town students, call the Registrar’s Office at 936.468.1370 for assistance with your PIN.
For Employees, there are two ways to get your PIN…
- Answer your security question and get your PIN online, at https://apache.sfasu.edu/accountman/verifyssn.html
- Stop by the Human Resources Office (Austin 201), with a picture id, and get it.
Due to the ease of faking an email or phone identity, we cannot give out account information via email or phone contact.
If you do not have a security question set up, go to https://apache.sfasu.edu/accountman/verifyuser.html (after getting your PIN) and set one up. This will allow you the ability to get your mySFA information online, by answering the question. I very highly recommend you do not use a question with an easily guessed answer, such as your or your Mom’s maiden name, your high school mascot, or anything someone can figure out easily.
