Several things you can check:
1. Temporarily turn off your pop-up blocker
2. Add sites to your "Trusted Sites" list (so you can leave your popup blocker enabled)
3. Delete your cookies and temporary internet files
4. Check your security settings (reset to defaults)
5. Cannot log into email?
1. Temporarily turn off your Pop-up Blocker
- Open Internet Explorer
- click "Tools"
- click "Pop-up Blocker"
- click "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker"

2. Add sites to your "Trusted Sites" list
This is a far better option than turning off your popup blocker. The blocker is there for a reason and disabling it is not recommended.
If you regularly visit sites (that you trust) and you need to see popups, use this method.
- Open Internet Explorer…
- click on “Tools”
- click on “Internet Options”
- click the “Security” tab
- click on “Trusted Sites”
- click the “Sites…” button
- on the next screen, enter “*.sfasu.edu” in the box
- click the “Add” button
- enter “www.sfasu.edu” in the box
- click the "Add" button again
- (To add more sites, follow these same directions. When you are done adding sites, follow the next steps)
- click “OK”
- click “OK” again
this should close all the boxes and show your browser window
- close and reopen Internet Explorer

- "Temporary Internet files".

5. Cannot log into email inside mySFA?
- turn off the pop-up blocker by following the instructions above
- log into mySFA
- press and hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard, then click the "email" icon
- keep holding the "Ctrl" key down
this will force the system to prompt you for your email password
(a pop-up blocker will prevent the prompt from appearing)
This is sometimes necessary if you have recently changed your email password. The browser
may have been told to remember your password for this link, and it is "remembering" your
old password.
