The School of Theatre annually holds auditions for scholarships for incoming Freshmen and Transfer Students.
A Theatre scholarship is only one of many sources of financial aid at SFA. There are many other scholarships available (most of these can be found at http://www.sfasu.edu/admissions/scholarships/). Our financial aid office helps with loans and grants (http://www.sfasu.edu/faid/index.asp). Whether or not you qualify for College Work Study, employment is available in the School of Theatre and many other places on campus (http://www.sfasu.edu/ccs/studentemployment/) and some of our students have found jobs off campus in the friendly city of Nacogdoches. We encourage you to take the initiative to find every form of aid that’s available to you.
